Our mission is not simply to be good at quality but to excel in quality.

If we are to convince and secure our customers in the long term, we must continue to take a lead on quality, technological progress, reliability and cost-effectiveness as well as ensuring correct, timely deliveries and proving a committed service.

The standard we must aim for is quality in the eyes of our customers; We must take every effort to meet and exceed our customer expectations. Every employee must think and act in accordance with this principle and we must all co-operate with this goal in mind.

Our work must be based on the objective of zero defects and we must implement measures in all departments to ensure defect prevention, not simply defect detection.
